Physical and sexual abuse of children is a problem that touches every community, urban or rural, rich or poor, including Niagara County.  Each year, hundreds of children are reported as abused in Niagara County.  Typically, reports of abuse reflect only a fraction of actual cases.

The Child Advocacy Center is a single, child-friendly facility designed to coordinate services for children who have been reported as abused or maltreated.  The Center also aids children traumatized by exposure to violence.

The Child Advocacy Center of Niagara is an accredited member of the National Children's Alliance and is designated by the New York State Office of Children & Family Services as a Tier One Center.
